OJ SIMPSON JAILED FOR 15 YEARS

OJ Simpson speaks in court prior to his sentencing at the Clark County Regional Justice Center Friday, December 5 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 61-year-old football Hall of Famer stood shackled and stone-faced when the Judge sentenced him to at least 15 years in prison for a hotel armed robbery.
Simpson and co-defendant Clarence ‘C.J.’ Stewart were sentenced on 12 charges, including felony kidnapping, armed robbery and conspiracy related to a 2007 confrontation with sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas hotel.
The judge said several times that her sentence in the Las Vegas case had nothing to do with Simpson’s 1994 acquittal in the slaying of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman. And she rejected his apology stating, “It was much more than stupidity.”

Diddy says he’s ready to be the first black James Bond. He even shelled out £375,000 to make an action packed audition tape to send in to the Bond director/producers.
“This is my audition tape for the next James Bond,” Combs tells the London Daily Mirror. “There is a black President and it’s time for there to be a black Bond.”
Maybe he’ll cast Cassie as the Bond Girl. Let me stop. The current James Bond played by Daniel Craig says:
“I think the role could easily be played by a black actor, because the character created by Ian Fleming in the ’50s has undergone a great deal of evolution and continues to be updated,” Craig said at a Quantum of Solace press conference. “After Barack Obama’s victory I think we might have reached the moment for a colored 007.”

Ciara attended two grand opening events in NYC on Tuesday night. The singer hit up the grand opening of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ANNEX NYC and the grand opening celebration for the new Victoria’s Secret Lexington Avenue flagship store.
Ciara’s third studio album, Fantasy Ride, is expected to be released in the United States in March 2009, despite rumors of the album being shelved.

A Florida court has denied a request, filed by Linda Hogan’s young boy toy, which sought a restraining order against wrestling legend Hulk Hogan.
Charley Hill, the 20-year-old who has been dating the cougar for the past several months, claims Hulk has been following him around Tampa and making threats against his life.
Charley is reportedly so scared that he filed for a restraining order from the Hulkster. The court denied the request, despite claims that Hulk had been following and threatening him.
An attorney for Hulk Hogan said, “This is just another blatant attempt by Linda Hogan to try to defame Hulk Hogan’s character. We commend the judge on seeing through this ridiculous stunt and denying these baseless claims.”

patrick swayze cancer worsens

DIRTY Dancing star Patrick Swayze has reportedly taken a turn for the worse and started saying goodbye to loved ones after learning his cancer has spread.The Dirty Dancing and Ghost star, who in January was told he had pancreatic cancer, has started preparing himself for death, reports say“Patrick recently got word that the cancer had spread to his liver and that is what his doctors said would begin the countdown to the end,” a source told National Enquirer magazine.“Patrick knew it was coming because he was suffering increased weakness.“At times, he was so weak that he could barely walk without feeling faint. Sometimes he feels out of breath and has to sit down.”Swayze, 56, told Lisa, his wife of 33 years, and his brother Donny that he doesn’t have long to live.
