Feminism Will Not Tolerate the Existence of Non-Feminism
I will make a quick post here, in order to get you up to speed about recently breaking developments. First, you should read the following at AVfM:

All right. We knew this was coming, but it was hard to know exactly when, and what form it would eventually take. Well now we are finally catching a glimpse of it.
Briefly, this is a battle of the narratives. Or if you prefer, a battle of the paradigms. We are about to get proof of what we have always known anyway, which is that feminists do not allow the right to exist of people who are not feminist. That's you and me, friend! They want to push us off the map and even out of the universe altogether.
They want to shut us up and grind us into the dirt. They are able to lie about us because they control the narrative and the language in the first place, and whatever does not conform to that narrative, or that language, is a sitting duck.
They simply WILL NOT TOLERATE any other view of reality but the one which they are propagating, and their talk about "hate speech" and "sexism" is a thin disguise for what they really wish to do. Yes, you can be sure that "hate speech" and "sexism" will mean whatever they decide to make it mean.
Accordingly, whatever is merely critical of feminism will be targeted as hate speech, or sexism, or misogyny, or any other ugly word they might invent.
I weep for the future when I think of the long term consequences. More misandry, more lying, more slandering, more false statistics, more phony threat narratives and phony victim narratives, more false flag operations, more censorship, more thought policing, more poisoning the water between men and women, more this, more that, and on it goes ad infinitum.
And any voice that speaks against it, will be targeted.
So, as Paul Elam says in his article, "it's on".
Keep your eyes upon this and prepare to do battle any way you can.
If you are a non-feminist man or woman, they frankly hate you and want you out of the way.
At the very least, they want you to be silent and helpless.

Fitness Friday| Healthy Snacking| Total Greek Fruyo Yoghurts
Following on from my post about healthy snacking and showing you my fun with fruit recipes I was kindly given the chance to try Total Greek’s new range of yoghurts Fruyo*… now I am not the type of girl that says no to food, especially not free food so obviously I jumped at the chance to try them.
I was especially excited as I eat tones of yoghurt… in my diet it is in its own food group. You would never open my fridge and not find a tub of Greek Yoghurt in there. It is so versatile, healthy and great for those with a sweet tooth. I use yoghurt in my overnight oats, in smoothies, in recipes as a replacement for cream and as a healthy sweet snack; top it with fruit or honey or crushed up meringue or as a replacement for icecream.
Since I have moved house I now make sure all my post goes to my work address so that stuff isn’t left in the lobby in my apartment building. With most things its alright as it’s normally, clothes or makeup that is delivered there. However when my parcel arrived from Total Greek there was a bit of confusion as to why there was a cool bag of yoghurt being delivered there…. it’s not normally something that people order for themselves. I had to explain it was for my blog to the confused looks on my colleagues faces. When I opened the massive box I was very surprised to see a huge cool bag full of a wide collection of Fruyo flavours; Vanilla, Cherry, Peach and Pineapple. I had to guard the bag with my life as my colleagues were eyeing it up all day.
Anyways onto the product it self. Total Greek Yoghurt say that “Fruyo yoghurts are an exceptionally thick, protein-packed, fat-free Greek yoghurt with real fruit pieces. Ideal for breakfast, as a snack or dessert. It is packed full of protein with 7.7g of protein per 100g yoghurt… a benefit which will appeal to foodies, slimmers and fitness enthusiast alike. With no preservative, colourings or artificial sweeteners this is a substantial yoghurt upgrade for many.”
I love them! Their vanilla flavour is divine!! You get a substantial amount of yoghurt in one pot and it is unbelievably thick and creamy! Unlike some Greek Yoghurt I have tried there is no sharpness at all. Matt and I have been having one each day as one of our snacks and I have been using the non flavoured one in my meals. I can quite honestly say that I am a total convert. I love that they are packed full of protein in as well! It means I'm fuller for longer!

Hello. Fidelbogen here. To my fellow workers in the vineyard, worldwide, greetings!
Today's talk is callled "Thinking the Unthinkable, and Unthinking the Thinkable."
My friends, we live in a socio-political pecking order which systemically deprecates male life to the value of garbage. Why do you think we call it "male disposability"?
Disposable means . . . . "you can throw it away".
But male life hasn't always been rated quite so low. Relatively low, I grant you that. But not quite so low as the case now is.
The transformation has come about due to an evolutionary change in thinking. Men have always shouldered the greater burdens in society, and braved the buffeting storms, and endured the sacrifice of their very lives when that was necessary. So in a way male life has always been "valued" less, but only in the sense of being more expendable. In the past, however, men enjoyed certain emoluments on account of all this -- and a certain respect, even awe, was sometimes accorded them.
But feminist innovation has introduced a number of mutations, particularly to the status of men within the social order. The evolutionary change in thinking has followed in the wake of female supremacist policy, which has sought to justify its general power-grab for women (what they call "empowering" women) by downgrading the value of men altogether, in order to pave the way for such machinations. It was needful to introduce ideas that would have been considered "unthinkable" if they had been too abruptly or too openly stated. So the task was to turn the unthinkable into the thinkable, but in a manner that would pass unremarked owing to the guile, gradualness and stealth of its execution.
So how do we turn the unthinkable into the thinkable? Simple: we promote the unthinkable to the category of the thinkable.
And how do we accomplish THAT?
Simple again: we erode, little by little, the entire thought-foundation which constituted the unthinkable's unthinkableness in the first place.
And then..... we bootstrap the identical process through repeated cycles to the next level, and the next and the next. And at each loop in this iterative spiral, not only does the formerly unthinkable become thinkable, the formerly thinkable becomes unthinkable because . . . .
. . .because you literally cannot think it! You no longer have the intellectual equipment to do so! You have nothing to think it WITH.
Think . . about . . . this.
What I have just described applies to a lot of things, not merely to the topic of present discussion. So stash it in your brain -- you'll find use for it!
Moving along now, let us consider, as a case in point, the example of false rape accusation, or simply feminist rape hysteria at large.
Here, we have seen a progressive movement toward the culturally embedded "unthinkable" conviction that male life is worth considerably less than female life. This has been rendered more and more thinkable . . . owing to a steady, orchestrated campaign of character assassination, over many years, directed toward the male population as a whole.
In other words, it is now "thinkable" that men do not deserve equal protection under law in (for example) such matters as rules of evidence, and the reason this is now "thinkable" is because "everybody knows" that "men are violent", or that rape is an expression of "patriarchal violence", and so on. Briefly then, argumentum ad populum.
And how does "everybody" supposedly "know this"?
Because the anti-male talking points of the feminist worldview have, due to a never-ending ambient drizzle of reiteration and virtual carpet-bombing of the collective mind, installed themselves to the point of permanence and untouchability -- at which point every path of so-called discovery or "research" becomes an exercise in confirmation bias.
Accordingly, "everybody knows" that women are better people than men, and that men are the problem, and that male life therefore has less value than female life, and that men don't deserve equal protection under the law because "everybody knows" that men are oppressors and more likely than women to be liars. Because of course "everybody knows" that men are the problem!.
And women, as "everybody knows", never lie about rape! And how do we know THAT? Simple: because Susan Brownmiller as good as told us so, and hundreds of other people took their cue from Two-Percent Sue and repeated in their various books and factsheets the unsubstantiated "fact" that only 2% of rape allegations are false, which clearly "proves" that when a woman says "he raped me", it's odds-on that she is telling the truth and that he is lying -- because of course, "everybody knows" that men are violent, and that men are the problem, and besides. . . why WOULD she lie about something like rape? So who cares about some silly old thing like "evidence", anyway?

To summarize: It is now "thinkable" (or at least not unthinkable) that a male citizen should be convicted of rape and sent to prison upon a standard of evidence that would formerly have been considered risible -- and still is, for many other crimes.
This state of affairs has been rendered conscionable because men have been methodically smeared and denigrated through deliberately orchestrated propaganda which has aimed (consciously or otherwise) to lower the value of male life to that of garbage, so that equal protection under the law may be taken away from men with no sense that any wrong has been done to them. Such a thing is now thinkable, and indeed certain people "think nothing of it".
Very well, I proffer, by way of comfort to all my friends in the politically activated pro-male community, a simple plan to foil such impudence on the part of the enemy:
Just say no. . . and walk away!
Just say "I disagree." What can they do, kill you? Throw you in jail? All you must do, is make it clear that you don't share the feminist world-view. State this boldly. It has the powerful effect of "compiling" all your separate objections or criticisms into a global re-format. You are no longer slogging along in the "interpreter" mode of line-by-line fisking, or tit-for-tat arguing. Oh certainly, if that sort of thing is your gig, then by all means do what you do best! But the way I see it, that's like mowing your lawn with scissors when I have just offered you a shiny new rider-mower!
Think about it. The biggest mistake that non-feminist partisans make, is to argue from within the feminist world-view! They do this all the time without even knowing it, and I wish they would knock it off!! It puts them perpetually on the defensive and squanders their energy in a task not unlike shovelling mud uphill! But if they would categorically and forthrightly proclaim the autonomy of their paradigm as a preamble to ANY form of parlay, it would reverse the whole balance of power and turn the tables on the enemy! It would leave the feminists with only two options: to either engage non-feminist men and women within the non-feminist paradigm . . . or to meet them in some kind of limbo space between the opposing paradigms and "negotiate from the ground up." But neither position would serve feminism to advantage.
It would force them to THINK about what they think, and to weigh the ultimate thinkability of it.
And THAT, my fellow workers in the vineyard, is the whole idea.

Slut Walking, Slut Raping, and Slut Shaming
Watching the above-posted video, I am struck by the connection between the Slutwalk, and rape specifically. I get the impression that Slutwalk was founded as a "rape awareness" event, and that what they are really yelling about is that it is not okay to rape sluts.
Trouble is, the huge majority of people never said any such thing. So Slutwalk is based on a false premise and a gigantic non-issue. That is, it is intended to correct a situation that does not exist.
Yes, yes, I know that rape exists. It's just another crime among crimes, and the culture at large is overwhelmingly anti-rape. But that is not what I'm talking about here. I need to make that point extra, extra clear because the feminists will hijack and falsify the meaning of your speech every chance they get in order to construct their feminist narrative. That is how feminism rolls. So is it any wonder that feminists are so cordially despised by honest people everywhere?
On a separate note, the Slutwalkers have inflated the original Slutwalk mission to include a moral campaign against "slut shaming", which is a separate issue from slut raping. That is, when most people slut shame, it is because they feel it is shameful to be a slut. They are certainly NOT saying it is permissible to rape a slut. But to hear the feminists talk, you would think that this is exactly what most people are saying. Count this as another example of how feminists hijack and falsify the meaning of other people's speech in order to construct their feminist narrative.

IDM atau Internet Download Manager ternyata sudah menerbitkan versi terbarunya yaitu IDM 6.15 build 14. IDM atau internet download manager ini memang sangat rajin dalam mengupdate versinya sehingga haramain software harus tetap memposting IDM setiap terupdate.
Pada versi yang sekarang seperti sebelumnya IDM tidak akan berubah fungsi melainkan tetap fungsinya yaitu untuk mempercepat download.

- Setelah selesai jangan langsung dijalankan programnya, Kalau sudah terlanjur jalan matikan lewat task manager ( untuk yang sebelumnya sudah menggunakan IDM, kemudian setelah install versi terbarunya ini diminta registrasi, langsung tutup saja permintaan registrasi tersebut )
- Jalankan Patch dengan cara klik kanan kemudian run as administrator
- kemudian klik patch
- Isikan nama terserah sobat ( ada 2 kali pengisian nama yaitu nama depan dan nama belakang )
- Kemudian klik OK
- Selesai. Sekarang jalankan IDM sobat dan lihat hasilnya.

Wednesday’s Workout| Tone your arms
How is your week going? My week started yesterday seems it was a Bank Holiday and it started with a bang! I am attempting a modified version of the Tone It Up Seven Day Slim Down to kick start my diet seems it was lacking last week and Bootcamp last night was a killer! Like have to stand to the side for a minute to gasp air into my lungs killer… but no pain no gain! I may not be the fastest in the class but I kept going. I would love to get a Polar HRM Watch so I could see how many calories I’m burning… maybe on payday!
Anyway, this weeks workout is going to concentrate on an areas many young girls ignore, their arms. However did you know that your arms are the easiest part of your body to tone up. If you try lifting some dumbbells, holding the plank or doing some push ups for a good 15 minutes a couple times of week you will notice a difference.
Now I understand that many of you do not want muscly arms, but you won’t… women aren't built so that they bulk up. Women's bodies tone up before you bulk then up. If you tone your arms, you will be less susceptible to bingo wings when you are older, and your arms will be lean and no longer look fatter in your side on photos… if you know what I mean.
As your arms are one of the easiest parts to tone up you will see results very quickly which is a great motivator! My arms have toned up loads from doing regular toning exercise and it’s great to see muscle there instead of fat. My arms now have shape to them.
If you want to tone your arms then dumbbells are a great investment. You can buy them form anywhere now.. I think I’ve even bought some from Tesco before. If you don’t have dumbbells get inventive and use tins of beans, or water bottles filled with pebbles or sand. However you do not need equipment to tone your arms. I have included two videos in today’s post one that you don’t need equipment for and one that you need equipment for. Both are only about 7 mins long, but you don’t need long to feel the burn in your arms!
