MRE Showing Support for "Sluts" at the Slutwalk
Here, we see some of the Men's Rights Edmonton crew, at the 2013 Edmonton Slutwalk, showing their support for "sluts". The "sluts", apparently, are ambivalent about this, or worse. Unfortunately, the ambient urban noise makes most of the conversation inaudible.
So as you can see, the message makes no difference. It is all about the messenger. They could have said "I hate sluts", and the response would still have been negative.
Of course, if Eric had not been wearing his sandwich board with the hated MRE logo, that would have made a difference.
Life #1
Since I wrote my blog post last week “New Challenges- A Life Update” I’ve been thinking that as much as I love my blog and the way it has been developing I feel like there is less of “me” in the blog posts. I don’t know whether you think this, or if it’s because I’ve been busy of late; either way it’s going to change! Yes my blog does primarily focus on health and fitness however for me it is also a personal diary and a “Lifestyle Blog”, so starting this week I am posting this blog post “Life” fortnightly so you can find out more about what I have been up to, what I am enjoying and what is motivating me. You may be reading this thinking you don’t really care about what I've been up to however I know that some of my readers (mainly my friends and family) will care.
If you read the blog post “ New Challenges” then you will know that I have recently started a new job and am in the process of moving to a completely new area of the country (even if it is only the next county down). As I was leaving a lovely company behind they were kind enough to throw me a leaving do, which resulting in me spending much of Saturday like photo 2. It was a great night, a late one which included lots of dancing! I started my new job on Wednesday and am very happy and relieved to find that my new colleagues are very kind, have been very welcoming and are happy to show me the ropes. I have had a few days to find my feet and have already started work on a number of tasks, so I’m excited to see what the future hold in my new position and company! So far the only downside to my new job is it’s location next to a million shops which I love! Already I have spent a lunch break indulging in some Primark shopping, hence the new cute pyjamas pictured above!
As I am moving out of Cumbria I am unhappy to be leaving behind my wonderful friends at Kendal Bootcamp. I have been making the most of the sessions I have left and been working hard and having lots of laughs, however I am already researching bootcamp classes in my new location and planning running routes so I can hit the ground running when I move! As I mentioned in my latest Wednesday’s Workout blog post I feel like I’ve been slacking on my fitness recently so have challenged myself with the 30 Day Burpee Challenge! Are you going to give it a try?
Food wise I have been loving my Yoo Moo Frozen Yoghurt as the perfect sweet treat after dinner sat in front of the tele! At only 160 calories per pot I can satisfy my relentless sweet tooth guilt free! To help my fitness journey the lovely people at Dr Zak’s and Maxinutriton kindly sent me some products to try. I have managed to nibble my way through Dr Zak’s High Protein Bread and you can find out my thoughts on it tomorrow! My Maxinutirtion drinks landed in my post-box on Friday so I have only just started trailing them, but even after the first one yesterday morning after bootcamp I know I love them! A protein drink to help my recovery after workouts that taste like strawberry milkshake is a winner for me!
Finally I hit 900 followers on bloglovin yesterday… yeah!!! As much as I blog for me, to know that there are 900 people who enjoy my writing and blog makes me a very happy girl, so thankyou so much! I’m getting very excited about hitting four figures sometime soon.

BTCC: Rob Austin Audi first ever British Touring Cars pole at Knockhill
By Tarek Ramchani
The British Touring Car Championship moved up north to Scotland this weekend, for the seventh meeting of the season. History was made today at the popular Knockhill circuit.
Rob Austin, the team owner and driver of the WIX Racing backed #13 Audi A4 NGTC, won his first ever pole position in the demanding BTCC. The Audi was very fast all day long, starting in the two practice sessions where he finished first and tenth respectively. The magic moment finally came for Rob Austin Racing. A very close qualifying session saw "Sherman" as the fastest car ahead of the BTCC superstars, and a field of works drivers and factory supported teams. A very fast lap time was enough to secure pole position. Rob Austin also broke the Knockhill lap record with his pole lap.
And the story doesn't end there. Rob Austin's performance gave Audi their first BTCC pole position in over 16 long years. The last time that the Ingolstadt brand was on pole was at Brands Hatch with Frank Biela, all the way back in 1997.
With a very balanced car and with Rob Austin more motivated than ever, we are expecting strong performances for the three races tomorrow. Rob has promised his fans that he will fight for the win. He has said this on various social media streams, and in some interviews given to touring car specialist websites.
Rob's teammate, Will Bratt, will unfortunately be starting last on the gird for race one tomorrow.
Best of luck to Rob Austin, Will Bratt and the entire Rob Austin Racing team for the BTCC races tomorrow.

VLN: Double podium for Phoenix Racing Audis at the Nürburgring
By Tarek Ramchani
The 6-hour VLN race at the Nürburgring Nordschleife gave Audi great satisfaction today. Phoenix Racing achieved fantastic performances and results.
The #37 Audi R8 LMS ultra G-Drive Racing by Phoenix, which started from pole position, ended in a very strong second place. The car was shared by Audi regulars Frank Stippler and Marc Basseng, along with Russian driver Roman Rusinov. All race long the car was among the front runners, and always within the top 5. Their teammates, Harold Primat, Christopher Haase and Frank Stippler (he raced in both cars), also made it onto the podium, with a fine third place. The three drivers shared the #5 Audi R8 LMS ultra.
The #11 Audi R8 LMS ultra from Audi race experience, run by TKL Motorsport, finished sixteenth overall. The car was lead by Rahel Frey joined by Christian Bollrath, Ronnie Saurenmann and Dominque Bastien. Unfortunately three other Audis faced troubles today. The #22 R8 LMS ultra from Audi race experience and the #44 Audi from Twin Busch Motorsport suffered problems during the race. The #15 Phoenix Audi was unable to take the start following a crash in qualifying earlier this morning.
As was the case for the big Audi R8 LMS ultra in the SP9 class (GT3), the Audi TT RS was also impressive in both the SP3T and SP4T classes. The #331 Audi TT RS from Raeder Motorsport won the SP3T class and finished in an impressive fifteenth overall. The #249 Audi TT RS from Rotek Racing won the SP4T class.
The overall win went to the #7 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 from Rowe Racing, in the hands of Nico Bastian, Lance David Arnold and Jan Seyffarth.

VLN: G-Drive Racing by Phoenix Audi on pole position at the Nürburgring
By Tarek Ramchani
The VLN Endurance Championship is resuming at the Nürburgring Nordschleife this weekend. The most prestigious and longest race of the season, the "Opel 6 Stunden ADAC Ruhr-Pokal-Rennen," a 6-hour event. Audi is very well represented and already doing very well at the Green Hell.
The qualifying session held this morning was very satisfying for the Audi R8 LMS ultra. A great pole position for G-Drive Racing by Phoenix with the #37 Audi R8 LMS ultra. The car is shared by VLN specialists Frank Stippler and Marc Basseng, joined by Roman Rusinov from Russia.
Audi race experience, who are back for this sixth round of the VLN, also did well. Their #22 Audi R8 LMS ultra driven by Marco Werner, Christopher Mies and Markus Winkelhock took a very strong fourth place. In fifth is another Audi car from Phoenix Racing, the #5 machine with Harold Primat, Christopher Haase and Frank Stippler. Another Audi team, Twin Bush Motorsport, qualified their #44 R8 LMS ultra in fifteenth place.
Unfortunately the #15 Phoenix Racing Audi driven by Ferdinand Stuck, Johannes Stuck, Hans-Joachim Stuck and Christopher Zoechling will not take part in the race. The car was heavily damaged with Hans-Joachim Stuck behind the wheel during qualifying.

BPCC: Return to Zwartkops for Audi S4 quattros
Audi South Africa Press Release
The championship lead is held by Michael Stephen (A1 – Engen Xtreme) and he is on track for a consecutive championship title. Stephen's lead is currently 35 points over his rivals and he has scored consistently at every race meeting this season.
Two Audi S4 quattros currently hold fourth place in the championship. The Engen Xtreme entry of Tschops Sipuka (A2) and Melvill Priest's Mueller Sports Medicine (A7) entry. Sipuka drew level with Priest at the Phakisa event thanks to scoring points in each of the three races.
Priest was forced to sit on the sidelines and watch after posting the best qualifying time of all of the Audi S4 quattro entries. Mechanical problems brought his race day to a halt before he could even finish race one. Having the quickest qualifying pace at Phakisa does, however, show his pace which will be a telling factor on the narrow Zwartkops circuit where overtaking can be very difficult.
For Gennaro Bonafede (A32 – Ferodo Racing) and his Audi S4 quattro, sixth place in the championship could very quickly become a top-five position if his success at the last round is any indication. Bonafede claimed the most points of the Audi S4 quattro racers at that event and he currently has a five point deficit to his fourth-placed rivals.
Each of the Audi S4 quattro racers will have their own particular motivation to urge them to success at Zwartkops on Saturday. The recipe for action-packed racing is clear and the third-last round of the 2013 season will deliver an exciting result.

Bath Time| My current skin pampering picks
We all need a little me time every now and again. I am not the sort of girl who has weekly baths as I never seem to actually have the time to do that. But I understand the need to relax and have a soak for an hour every now and again. I think it is one of the only times when I don’t have my phone or iPad in hand and I’m not busy working out, blogging, taking pictures, etc.
So the other evening Matt switched the football on and I took it as an opportunity to pamper myself and as I have some new favourite products I thought I could share with you what I am loving for my skin at the moment. So below are my picks for skin pampering at the moment.
Although Nivea Diamond Touch Cream Oil is actually as shower gel I use it as a soap while in the bath also. It smells gorgeous, is really creamy and lathers up great; perfect for shaving your legs! I love that it has the diamond shimmer in it, as it makes your skin look healthy and dewy and amazing in the summer sun (where did that go?)
Soap and Glory Breakfast Scrub is one of my all time favourite skin products. It smells like maple syrup, is tough enough to actually scrub your skin, but soft enough to not damage it. I have previously written a review on it here.
Sanctuary Luxury Bath Float is an absolute dream! I love a lot of Sanctuary products mainly because of their smell. I always receive a load of these products at Christmas and on my birthday, but they are actually a luxuary product at a high street price. Whenever I use a Sanctuary Product I feel like I’m at a spa.
Soap and Glory The Greatest Scrub of All was a grower for me. This is actually my second tube and I have learnt to not keep the tube in the shower, as my last one ended up being watered down some how. This second tube is working much better for me, it is more of a gentle exfoliator so not good if you wanted something more powerful. But the beads in this exfoliator are tough enough to get in around the nose and scrub off dead skin, leaving you with smoother feeling skin.
eBody Face Cleansing Mitt* is again a grower on me. It is a alternative to face wipes. All you do is damp the mitt and wipe it over your face. The micro-brush technology removes all make-up and lotion from your face without having to use harmful and powerful cleansers. I had to try it a few time to really see the benefit, but am loving that it is a much gentler way to clean your skin. It is perfect for those with sensitive skin as you aren’t using harsh chemicals on your skin. I use this when I am pampering or when in a rush to wash my face as its quick but gentle and relaxing.
Soap and Glory No Clogs Allowed is my current facemask choice. I don’t think it is my favourite, as for me it’s not powerful enough, I don’t feel like my skin is totally clean and purified after using it. I much prefer clay or self heating masks as feel they really open my pores and clean them out. If anyone has any recommendations for me then let me know!
Soap and Glory Genius Amazing Foot Cream is probably one of the few footcreams I have tried but I do love it. It is refreshing and very moisturising. I admit I use it on myself and on Matt… everyone needs to look after their feet not just us women! It isn’t sticky and really soaks into the skin.
Soap and Glory Smoothie Star is the perfect moisturiser after a relaxing bath. It smells divine! It really works well after using Soap and Glory Breakfast Scrub as they have similar smells. Although it is a strong moisturiser it still soaks well into the skin, however I wouldn’t use it every day as it doesn’t soak into your skin immediately, it’s more of a night-time product.
Fushi Really Good Cellulite Oil* smells amazing! I was a little sceptical as it’s an oil and I hate having products that don’t soak into my skin well, which a lot of the time are oil based products, however only a little bit of this oil goes a long way and it really does soak into your skin. I use a couple of drops of this one each of my thighs and bum as they are the only areas where I have a small amount of cellulite. It really helped my skin tone before my holiday and I felt a hell of a lot more confident in my bikini after using this oil. It is packed full of herbs that stimulate circulation and hence reduce the appearance of cellulite. To me it smells intense and citrus like; probably because of the grapefruit!
Simple Kind to Skin Hydrating Light Moisturiser is a staple in my skin care. I suffer from the dreaded oily t-zone so face moisturisers that work can be difficult to find, but for me nothing beats Simple! It moisturises my skin perfectly but still leaves a matt finish and perfect base for my foundation. Plus it a super cheap!
What do you think of my picks? Have you ever used any of these products? Or have I helped you find some to add to your wishlist?

FIA WEC: Audi aims to continue winning streak in Brazil
- Le Mans winners travel to São Paulo as leaders of the standings
- Audi remains unbeaten this season after four LMP victories in succession
- Lucas di Grassi supports Audi in his home country
The tradition-steeped 4.309-kilometer circuit in the south of Brazil’s biggest city poses a challenge to any race driver. Major uphill and downhill gradients, a tarmac surface with little grip, varying inclinations of the track and a demanding combination of slow and a few fast turns require plenty of talent. In addition, the drivers and mechanics have to get used to the direction of travel as the circuit is driven counter-clockwise. Especially the neck muscles of the drivers are subjected to a different strain than usual. And the team does not refuel the race cars from the garage in the pit lane but from the opposite side.
Whereas the conditions for the two Audi driver squads are equally challenging, their starting bases are highly different. Loïc Duval (F), Tom Kristensen (DK) and Allan McNish (GB), following their Le Mans victory – Audi’s twelfth one in total – are traveling to South America with a 30-point advantage. Their team-mates – the reigning World Endurance Champions Marcel Fässler (CH), André Lotterer (D) and Benoît Tréluyer (F) – are the runners-up in the standings, trailed by the drivers’ team of challenger and last year’s winner Toyota, with just one point less to its tally. The battle for race wins between the two manufacturers reflects a score of 6-3 for Audi.
Lucas di Grassi (BR), who a year ago celebrated his debut with Audi Sport at Interlagos and mounted the podium in third place on his debut at Le Mans, is supporting Audi in his home country of Brazil. As planned right from the beginning of the season, the race driver, who hails from São Paulo, is not part of the group of registered drivers at the overseas races but will be communicating his impressions of the Audi R18 e-tron quattro to media, VIP guests and spectators on location.
To the fans who will not be visiting the race Audi offers live streaming at www.audi-motorsport.com. A live ticker is available as well via the Audi Sport App and on Twitter. In addition, further background information from Brazil will be provided on Facebook.
-Will Audi be able to continue its WEC winning streak?
-How strong a showing will competitor Toyota make after last year’s victory in Brazil?
-Can Loïc Duval, Tom Kristensen and Allan McNish take the momentum from the Le Mans victory with them and convert it into a top result at São Paulo?
-Will Marcel Fässler, André Lotterer and Benoît Tréluyer manage to reduce the gap in the standings?
Dr. Wolfgang Ullrich (Head of Audi Motorsport): “On achieving the success at Le Mans, Audi celebrated its fourth sports car victory in the 2013 season. That’s a nice string of success but I’m sure that we’ll still be seeing a very thrilling battle with our competitor Toyota this year. Naturally, we’re aiming to win in Brazil this year too. We’ve prepared well for the second half of the season and are all very motivated to clinch strong results in the remaining rounds.”
Chris Reinke (Head of LMP): “After what has been a very successful season so far we intensively worked toward the overseas races. The two Audi R18 e-tron quattro cars that were completely rebuilt by Audi Sport Team Joest were subjected to detailed inspections in Ingolstadt because the chassis do not return to Germany between the events. A year ago, we experienced the Brazilian debut, so now we’re able to tackle the race with a solid database and corresponding simulations. With the drivers of cars number ‘1’ and ‘2’ we continue to have two irons in the fire in the battle for the prestigious World Champion’s title, with five more races to go.”
Ralf Jüttner (Technical Director Audi Sport Team Joest): “Following the hard work up to Le Mans and the sweet reward for it, we’re now battling for the World Championship. We thoroughly prepared the cars and our material for the overseas races. The two R18 e-tron quattro cars embarked on the journey by air on Tuesday. Our priority is to battle for the manufacturers’ title in the remaining WEC rounds. All six race drivers are joining forces to achieve this aim before the battle will subsequently be about the decision in the drivers’ championship as well.”
Marcel Fässler (37/CH), Audi R18 e-tron quattro #1 (Audi Sport Team Joest)
-Won the WEC race at Spa together with his team-mates
-Is currently in second place of the standings
“I’m very much looking forward to the second part of the season when other great race tracks are coming up for us – starting with the tradition-steeped circuit in Brazil. The whole Audi team is presenting a very strong stance. In terms of points, my two fellow drivers and I are trailing our team-mates. We’ll only have a chance of winning the title if we finish each race in front of them. I’m looking forward to this challenge.”
André Lotterer (31/D), Audi R18 e-tron quattro #1 (Audi Sport Team Joest)
-Took second place in Brazil last year
-Will be visiting his relatives in South America after the race
“A year ago, I drove at São Paulo for the first time. The track is fantastic. It’s a venue with a great motorsport history. Furthermore, I’m a fan of Ayrton Senna, who thrilled so many spectators in his home country. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to win in Brazil last year. That’s why we’ve still got some unfinished business. In the World Championship, we’ve got to reduce a large gap of 30 points – so now we’re starting to make our recovery. After the race, I’m going to travel to Peru to visit my father’s family.”
Benoît Tréluyer (36/F), Audi R18 e-tron quattro #1 (Audi Sport Team Joest)
-Visited the prestigious Crankworx mountainbike race in the summer and has personally completed numerous kilometers on a mountain bike
-Started restoring a 62-year-old René Gillet motorcycle in July
“A year ago, I finally drove on a track that I admired even as a child while watching Formula 1 races on TV – Interlagos is unique. I was a bit surprised about how little grip the tarmac there offers. That’s why our Brazilian debut was very difficult. We arrived without any track experience and had to admit defeat. Since then, we’ve clearly developed the R18 e-tron quattro further and, in addition, we’ve now got the track data. For my team-mates Marcel Fässler, André Lotterer and me, it’s about starting a recovery in the points-standings in Brazil. We’re extremely motivated.”
Loïc Duval (31/F), Audi R18 e-tron quattro #2 (Audi Sport Team Joest)
-In June, celebrated his first victory at the Le Mans 24 Hours
-Has never been to Brazil before
“The track at São Paulo is new territory for me. I’m excited about it. Media interest was huge after our Le Mans victory. I’d never experienced this dimension of queries in my motorsport career before. Now the World Championship is entering its decisive phase. Audi has prepared well and I revved up my training program again after a relaxing summer. I’m expecting a thrilling battle with our opponent Toyota.”
Tom Kristensen (46/DK), Audi R18 e-tron quattro #2 (Audi Sport Team Joest)
-The ninth Le Mans success marked his second WEC victory of the season
-Has a special liking for the circuit in Brazil
“The track at Interlagos, in a way, is a classical autodrome that has changed into a modern circuit. Last year, our team boss Reinhold Joest showed us what the track configuration was like when he was still racing himself. As drivers, we like the track a lot. It’s got everything: fast and slow turns, blind corners, downhill sections and sections that go uphill – peppered with many braking zones. It’ll be a big challenge in front of a crowd that’s incredibly enthusiastic.”
Allan McNish (43/GB), Audi R18 e-tron quattro #2 (Audi Sport Team Joest)
-Celebrated his third Le Mans victory in June
-Expects Audi to be significantly stronger than last year in Brazil
“Following our Le Mans victory and the large number of media and marketing commitments I’m now looking forward to the race in Brazil. The picture that presents itself there might be different than in the first races that were held on fast, fluid tracks. At Interlagos, many very slow corners are awaiting us. Toyota will be a strong rival, so we need to clearly improve compared to last year. The engineers have improved our hybrid system, which particularly helps us in accelerating out of the last turn. A solid grasp of the situation when overtaking GT vehicles is important too.”

Benoît Tréluyer about the track at São Paulo
“São Paulo is one of the few tracks that is driven counter-clockwise. That means our muscles are subjected to a different strain. The grip level at Interlagos is generally low. There are many vertical differences and banked turns. The first two turns immediately pose a great challenge. When braking, a wheel can easily lock. The track sharply drops toward the left and you’ve got to choose an unusual apex to catch the right-hander well. A very fast section follows from turns 3 to 5. From turns 6 to 12 we drive on very twisty sections. Turn 13 is crucial. You’ve got to take this narrow corner with precision in order to be able to accelerate early on the long uphill straight. This is a place where you can feel Audi’s hybrid system particularly well. The best places for overtaking are in turns 1 and 4.”

Fitness Friday| Slimsticks Review
For many the battle to lose weight is portion control. Many people over eat and don’t even realise they are, so when they try to lose weight and attempt to control their portion sizes, the hunger hits. When hunger strikes people very often grab the easiest thing they can get their hands on; very often this can be a bag of crisps or chocolate. Chocolate and crisp are not too bad for you in moderation, but if you are continually eating these in a battle to cure your hunger you can easily eat an extra 1400 calories in a week, which is a whole days worth of calories!
I myself was guilty of over eating. When I first moved home after university and went back to portion sizes I used to eat that my mum still eats I felt like I was being starved. I was always hungry, but after a few months I became used to eating smaller portions. If you are one of those who have recently decided to reduce their portion sizes then there are many products on the market that can help if the hunger is just too much to battle. Slimsticks* is one such a product. Slimsticks is a food supplement that quickly gets to work and stops you thinking about food. Slimsticks helps you feel full and cut out snacking.
Slimsticks contains Konjac which expands in the stomach making you feel full very quickly. With more liquid consumed the feeling of fullness increases. Three to four hours after having your Slimstick drink the palm and oats oils get to work. Your brain senses undigested fat telling you are still full or not hungry. This ensures that you stay fuller for longer. Slimsticks then digest through your colon. With only 40 calories in a Slimstick drink you won’t ingest too many empty calories.
Essentially Slimsticks is a filler. A product that makes you feel full without having to eat anything. The idea is that you take your Slimstick drink about half and hour before your meal and you won’t over eat as you will feel fuller quicker and for longer. In this way Slimsticks is ideal for those starting out on their weight loss journey who are struggling with the smaller portion sizes and hunger. Slimsticks can help you feel full despite reducing your food or calorie intake. In my opinion they aren’t a long term option, but a tool to help those first starting out.
I was very sceptical of Slimsticks but decided to give them a trial , not because I struggle with hunger but to see if they actually do help you feel full and I was pleasantly surprised. I waited until I was feeling hungry and ready for my lunch and would drink a Slimsticks drink, pretty much as soon as I had finished the drink I felt my hunger subside. The drink does expand when in your stomach and stops you feeling hungry. After my Slimsticks drink I would eat my lunch at a much slower pace and found that I would not get my usual 3/4 o clock cravings as I was still feeling full. The drink itself for me was a little strange to drink, yes it tastes like strawberry, but the texture for me was a little weird and not the most pleasant. But in a bid to give it a fair trial and review I made it and downed it each day for 10 days. I can’t say if I lost weight as I don’t weight myself, but I did feel less hungry and fuller for longer. I wouldn’t use these personally as I prefer to eat clean and fillers don’t have a place in my “Food is fuel” lifestyle.
Do you struggle with your portion sizes? Have you ever heard or tried Slimsticks? Are there other products that a similar to this on the market that you have tried?

DTM: Super GT president wants to see DTM cars in GT500 next year
By Tarek Ramchani
Our friends at Endurance-Info were in Japan last weekend, for the famous 1000 km of Suzuka, the stellar event of the Super GT.On site they had a very interesting interview with Mr Masaaki Bandoh, president of the GTA (Grand Touring Association), the man behind Super GT.
As is already known, both the DTM and the Super GT agreed to begin developing an unified set of rules starting from 2014. Lexus, Honda and Nissan recently unveiled their 2014 GT500 cars. These cars are described as "compatible" to race in the DTM. Currently the new Japanese GT500 and DTM cars are not yet completely identical. The new GT500 chassis' are in accordance with the DTM, but the engine regulations will differ in Japan and Germany during 2014, with identical unified rules being introduced in the years to come.
In the interview with Endurance-Info, Mr Masaaki Bandoh mentioned his desire to see some DTM cars from Germany competing in GT500 next year, in order to see how equal the two concepts are. The same also for the Japanese cars, as he is hoping to see ITR allowing some GT500 car appearances as wildcard entries in the German Touring Car Masters during 2014.
There is great interest from all six brands involved (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Nissan and Lexus/Toyota), to compete in the two major series. The Audi R8 LMS ultra is already racing there, but only in the GT300 class. A presence in the upper GT500 class would be even greater. Audi Japan is already doing very well and has a competitive presence, and battling with the Japanese brands on their home ground would be an extra boost for the Ingolstadt brand in the land of rising sun.
Does this mean that we will see the Audi RS 5 DTM competing in Super GT next year? Only time will tell, and we have to wait for Audi Sport's annual announcements later this year.

We Have Them in Our Eye
"Do you look at me, sir?!!"
"I do so!"
The takeaway lesson is, that lunacy can only be restrained.
It cannot be reasoned away. It cannot be argued with.
It can only be restrained.
By God, WE are bolder!

False Accusation REALLY HAPPENS! Get Used to It!
“She repeatedly asked me, has my dad touched me,” recalled Chaneya. “I was like, ‘What do you mean, did he touch me?’ And she was like, ‘Did he touch you in your no-no spot?’ And I would repeatedly say no.”
Chaneya says the more she denied any abuse, the more irate her mother became – and even threatened her with a belt. According to Chaneya, her mother said, “If you don’t tell me the answer that I want to hear, I’m going to beat you.” To avoid a beating, says Chaneya, she told her mother that her father molested her even though it wasn't true. Now go here to read ALL about it. And file this story away in the non-feminist archive of accumulated wisdom:

VLN: Phoenix Racing with three Audi R8 LMS ultra cars in six-hour race on the Nordschleife
“Alongside the traditional 24-hour race this VLN race that lasts six hours is the second highlight of the season on the Nordschleife,” says Phoenix Team Director Ernst Moser. “We’ve already won two VLN rounds this year but winning this race over the extended distance would be something special. We’re looking forward to this special race very much.”
