TyphonBlue on Canadian National Television

Alison Tieman (a.k.a. TyphonBlue) has been interviewed on CTV, the Canadian equivalent of CBS as I am told. Here, see for yourself:

http://saskatoon.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=972074&binId=1.1165965&playlistPageNum=1

This interview was in regard to the recent postering activity in Saskatoon -- although they touch upon the Edmonton activity as well. By the way, Alison herself says that SOME of the postering in Saskatoon was being done by a person or persons unknown to her. She also says that postering (also by persons unknown) has happened in the city of Regina (Saskatchewan).

And Eric Duckman of Men's Rights Edmonton -- who is a true son of the Alberta prairie! -- tells me that they are getting enquiries from all sorts of people who want to "set up local groups."

So. . . I think you get the picture here. The idea that men are part of the human race, and deserve to be treated as such, is spreading like a "disease". Heh, forgive me! ;)

On another note, a Slutwalk parade was held in Edmonton today, and our friends at MR Edmonton were on hand to greet the Sluts as they entered Churchill Square
in downtown Edmonton. The Sluts were in for a surprise, for what did they behold but MRE peeps holding up placards bearing such mottos as "We Love Sluts", and "Whore-ay for Sluts", "Be More Slutty."

I am told that the Sluts were taken aback and confused by this message, and some very lively exchanges followed -- many of which were captured on video. Stay tuned.

Run out of town.........

It seems that Kristen Stewart,
has run her (fake) ex Robert Pattinson,
out of town.
She is claiming the Los Angeles,

Well. Robert, never mind,

She's welcome to LF.
Mind you, I don't think the residents,

A Thought for Iran.........

This is probably going to get me into trouble.
But I have to be true to myself.
Iran in November, of this year,
as well as the year that follows.
Is definitely not the place to be.
So if you plan to travel there in that time,
don't.
If you have loved ones,
there tell them to go on holiday abroad.
If you are reading this in Iran,
leave.
It is going to be a very bad time indeed.
The clue to this is when
we begin to see Lybia start to fall.  Followed by Syria.

She's OUT for revenage.........

Usher, had better make sure he has all his business tied up.
His ex is planning a bomb shell expose.....
It's a "REAL" shocker too.
She has the evidence to prove her claims.

Rolex Series: Unfortunate end for the Audi R8 GRAND-AM in the NAEC

By Johan Laubscher

The Grand-Am Rolex Series headed to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway this weekend, for the Brickyard Grand Prix. This event was the eighth round of the Rolex Series, and more importantly, it was the third and final round of the North American Endurance Championship. Two Audi R8 GRAND-AM teams were again entered in the GT class for this event.

The North American Endurance Championship consists of the three endurance races within the Rolex Series, namely: The Daytona 24 Hours, 6 Hours of the Glen, and the Brickyard Grand Prix (3 Hours). The Alex Job Racing Audi R8 GRAND-AM won the Daytona 24 Hours in January, driven by Filipe Albuquerque, Oliver Jarvis, Edoardo Mortara and Dion von Moltke. This resulted in Audi drivers leading the NAEC standings. Thus a factory Audi R8 GRAND-AM was entered for the six hour event at Watkins Glen, entered under the name of Audi Sport customer racing, run by quattro GmbH and Kettler Motor Werks. The #24 factory Audi was driven by Filipe Albuquerque, Edoardo Mortara and Dion von Moltke, whilst Oliver Jarvis was taking part in the Blancpain Endurance Series that weekend. Watkins Glen also saw the debut of another new Audi team in the Rolex Series, Fall-Line Motorsports, who are entering a single Audi R8 GRAND-AM.

It was a difficult event at Watkins Glen, but even so, the #24 Audi Sport customer racing squad arrived at Indianapolis with a chance at clinching the NAEC title. The factory Audi would only be driven by two drivers this weekend, due to the shorter race duration. These two drivers were Audi Sport Team Rosberg's Filipe Albuquerque and Edoardo Mortara, but Dion von Moltke was on site supporting the team as well. The Fall-Line Motorsports Audi R8 GRAND-AM was driven by Al Carter and Brett Sandberg.

The factory Audi squad showed excellent pace all weekend, and qualified in third for the three hour event, followed by the Fall-Line Motorsports entry in ninth. Filipe Albuquerque took the green flag in the #24 Audi R8 GRAND-AM and remained within the front battle for the first hour. He was running as high as second for the majority of his stint and things were looking good.

Unfortunately tragedy struck within the second hour. The #94 BMW M3 lost control in the in-field section and collected Albuquerque from behind. The resulting damage ended the #24 Audi’s race and their bid for the NAEC title. The incident can be seen at 2:57 minutes in the highlights video embedded below.

Further back the Fall-Line Motorsports Audi R8 GRAND-AM soldiered on well and came home for a top ten result, finishing ninth within the GT class. The race was eventually won by the #61 Ferrari 458.

The Brickyard Grand Prix results can be seen HERE.

This event concluded the three-round North American Endurance Championship, but the Grand-Am Rolex Series will now head to Road America for round nine in August.

DMV TCC: New Audi R8 LMS ultra for Suzanne Weidt

By Johan Laubscher

The DMV Touring Car Challenge (DMV TCC) hosted round five at Hockenheim this weekend. This championship features a variety of race cars, including GT3 cars. A new Audi R8 LMS ultra team was present this weekend.

Suzanne Weidt has been a regular competitor in the DMV TCC, driving an Ascari GT3 from RS Tuning. This weekend was the first appearance of their brand new race car, a new full specification 2013 Audi R8 LMS ultra. The DMV allows the R8 LMS ultra to use the 2013 spec rear diffuser, thus this is one of only a few appearances this year, where an Audi R8 LMS ultra has been seen in the full original 2013 specification. All the other FIA GT3 class championships require the 2013 Audis to run the older diffuser, as per the final FIA homologation. More about the homologation can be read HERE, and more about the 2013 R8 LMS ultra HERE.

The RS Tuning Audi R8 LMS ultra was the only Audi entered in this event this weekend. It was a learning experience for Suzanne Weidt, as she got to grips with the new Audi. She qualified twenty-third for race one and twenty-second for race two. She unfortunately dropped back in race one and finished the second race, after progressing well, in nineteenth.

It is always great to see new Audi Sport customer racing teams in a diversity of racing championships.

The  DMV TCC will head to the Red Bull Ring in Austria for the next round which will be held in August.

BRCC: Pole and a podium for PK Carsport Audi R8 LMS at Spa

By Johan Laubscher

The Belgian Racing Car Championship (BRCC) was at Spa-Francorchamps this weekend. They hosted round four of the series as a support event for the Spa 24 Hours. PK Carsport was there and achieved very good results.

PK Carsport has been a regular BRCC competitor this year, entering their #7 Audi R8 LMS which is driven by Anthony Kumpen, Bert Longin and Maarten Makelberge. They tasted victory at the first event of the season at Zolder, and things looked very good this weekend.

The team achieved pole position for the BRCC race at Spa, which was held on Friday afternoon, before the Spa 24 Hours Superpole. They were over a second ahead of the field during the wet qualifying session. The hour-long race itself saw the PK Carsport squad converting pole into a solid finish. Third place overall and yet another podium finish and good points for the season.

The race was won by the GPR Aston Martin, ahead of the Prospeed Competition Porsche 911.

The BRCC Spa results can be seen HERE.

Round five of the BRCC will again be hosted at Spa, a 600 km event which will take place in September.

Feminism is Metaphysically Anti-Male

Feminism's binding principle and driving force is disaffection toward men and maleness. This is arrayed on a spectrum, with mild disenchantment to the lower end, and vitriolic animosity, bordering on psychopathic, to the upper. If disaffection toward men, as men, did not exist in the world generally, then feminism itself would not exist. Feminism is not driven by vehemence about mere issues and abstract principles. Its politics are rooted in personal feelings about men. Feminism's political, you would say, is personal. And so personal emotion is the only thing that keeps feminism in motion. And this is true to an extent that might be termed metaphysical. In sum, feminism as a whole is metaphysically anti-male, or a priori anti-male.

Spa 24 Hours: Phoenix Racing expect a difficult 24-hour race at Spa-Francorchamps

Phoenix Racing Press Release

Temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius on Saturday and thunderstorms and heavy rain on Sunday – Phoenix Racing expect a difficult 24-hour race at Spa-Francorchamps at the weekend.

The grid positions after Thursday evening’s qualifying are also anything but easy for the pair of Phoenix driver trios of Enzo Ide (B), Anthony Kumpen (B) and Markus Winkelhock (D) in #16 Audi R8 LMS ultra and Harold Primat (CH), Oliver Jarvis (GB) and Christopher Haase (D) in #6 Audi – because with start positions 27 for Ide/Kumpen/Winkelhock and 30 for Primat/Jarvis/Haase the expectations were not met. Phoenix enters the second and third best Audi in the high-caliber field consisting of 65 GT3 sportscars. Only one R8 made the cut for the Top 20 qualifying, in which the grid positions from one to 20 are set on Friday evening. The 24h classic on the Grand Prix track in the Belgian Ardennes, the fourth round of the Blancpain Endurance Series (BES), starts at 16:30 on Saturday.

“When just one Audi breaks into the Top 20 qualifying then you know exactly where you are. We saw the indications of this previously at the Blancpain race at Le Castellet where we were simply too slow on the straights and the balance of performance has not changed since then. It’ll be a tough race,” explained Phoenix Team Boss Ernst Moser on Thursday evening.
After the spectacular presentation of the drivers and cars on Wednesday through the small Belgium town Spa, the two Phoenix squads appeared to be in good form after taking sixth (#6) and twelfth (#16) in free practice on Thursday morning. However, when the three part qualifying session started in the evening, the state of play was quickly apparent because the two Phoenix Audis were stuck in midfield. “We need to find at least a second, which we lose solely on the straights,” stated Ernst Moser.

Markus Winkelhock (D), #16 Audi R8 LMS ultra: “The grid position is not what we expected. In view of the car’s balance of performance, it wasn’t possible to squeeze more out of the R8. We are the second best Audi and are 27th on the grid. However, Phoenix is in good shape and we expect unsettled weather conditions. There is still everything to play for, and I look forward to the race with a positive frame of mind.”

Anthony Kumpen (B), #16 Audi R8 LMS ultra: “We are ten kilometers slower on the straights compared to the other cars. I drove a small long-run in night practice which was reasonably consistent. The car felt good. Now we need a good strategy and good pace to move up through the field during the race. I’m hoping for a hot race and for unsettled weather conditions. It doesn’t look so good for us after qualifying but anything can happen. I love Spa and have finished on the podium here quite often. The circuit is big fun to drive.”

Enzo Ide (B), #16 Audi R8 LMS ultra: “The R8 is made for endurance races and we also rely on the qualities of this car for this 24-hour race. Our set-up is quite okay for the race and I feel comfortable in the car. Now it’s a question of driving consistently quick, having no problems, making good pit stops and having some luck on your side, which is what you need during a 24-hour race. Spa is my favorite race track, but I don’t have a home advantage as Belgian.”

Harold Primat (CH), #6 Audi R8 LMS ultra: “I drove my first ever laps in the dark around this challenging track today. Hmm, you can’t have enough light! It wasn’t an easy qualifying session for us; the Audi is short on power compared to the competition. The car feels comfortable for the race, and we must do everything possible to get through without problems.”

Oliver Jarvis (GB), #6 Audi R8 LMS ultra: “All in all, the day was okay. We worked carefully through our program. We are too slow on the straights due to the balance of performance of the car; we are much stronger in the corners- This makes overtaking in the race difficult for us. However, we also can’t take any unnecessary big risks, and must not make problems for ourselves. Spa is an indescribable sensation for every driver. The difference between our Audi Le Mans prototype and the GT3 Audi R8 is enormous. I can still improve in the R8 and hope that I can find a good rhythm after my first stint.”

Christopher Haase (D), #6 Audi R8 LMS ultra: “We started free practice with a good car balance. We initially lost a little grip in qualifying, because the track conditions had changed. We worked on this. We now have a good base, even though we didn’t make Top 20 qualifying. However, a 24-hour race isn’t just won from the front row of the grid. I’m certainly looking forward to the race as Spa is one of my favorite race tracks.”

DTM: Audi RS 5 DTM before race debut in Moscow

Audi Press Release

  •          Audi driver Mike Rockenfeller leads DTM standings
  •          Moscow Raceway is new territory for drivers and teams
  •          DMSB has scheduled appeal court session in Ekström case

Ingolstadt/Moscow, July 26, 2013 – Audi drivers visited Moscow on several occasions in the past few months to promote the DTM visit, which gave them the opportunity to intensively experience the enthusiasm of the fans on location. Now the race is just around the corner: From August 2 to August 4, the Audi RS 5 DTM and leader of the standings Mike Rockenfeller are making their race debut in Russia.

The DTM’s premiere in Russia is a calculation with many unknown quantities. None of the drivers has ever competed in a race at Moscow Raceway and the track layout with a length of only 2.555 kilometers has never been used by any racing series at all. Consequently, there is no experience available with respect to set-up or strategy on the third-shortest circuit featured on the 2013 DTM calendar. How fast the Audi Sport Teams Abt Sportsline, Phoenix and Rosberg and their drivers will be able to adjust to the new challenge will be a key success factor.

An Audi driver – Mike Rockenfeller – is traveling to Russia as the leader of the standings. The German has scored points in each race so far, claimed victory at one round and, at the beginning of the second half of the season, has a two-point advantage over the reigning Champion Bruno Spengler. The DTM has not experienced a season as thrilling and hard to predict as 2013 in a long time, with five different winners in the first five races – a tally like this at the season’s midpoint was last seen six years ago.

Before heading for Moscow, the Audi squad has another date on its agenda. The German Motorsport Federation (DMSB) has scheduled the court session to hear the appeal of Mattias Ekström’s exclusion from the fifth round of the season at the Norisring for July 30. The Swede had initially won the city street race in Nuremberg but was subsequently excluded due to an alleged breach of parc fermé rules. Audi Sport Team Abt Sportsline immediately appealed this decision.

Tickets for all DTM races of the 2013 season are available at www.audi-motorsport.com/dtm. Fans in many countries of the world can watch qualifying and the race live on the DTM’s new YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/dtmint live. A total of 39 TV channels air live DTM coverage in 141 countries.

In Germany, as usual, ARD will broadcast live on “Das Erste:” Qualifying on Saturday (August 3) starting at 14:30, the race on Sunday (August 4) starting at 13:15.

Quotes by the officials

Dieter Gass (Head of DTM): “The race in Moscow marks the DTM’s start into a new adventure. I think all the teams and drivers are looking forward to the experiences to be gained in Russia. The Moscow Raceway is new territory for everybody. We’re racing on a track layout there that has never been used before. The track is very short and, at first glance, doesn’t offer a lot of opportunities to use DRS, so achieving an optimum result in qualifying will be particularly important.”

Hans-Jürgen Abt (Team Director Audi Sport Team Abt Sportsline): “Moscow is a great challenge for all of us. After the weekend at the Norisring, our team is traveling to Russia with huge motivation and is naturally aiming to up the ante. Nobody knows the track – maybe that’s a small advantage for the seasoned campaigners, three of whom are part of our squad.”

Ernst Moser (Team Director Audi Sport Team Phoenix): “It feels nice to be traveling to Russia with Mike (Rockenfeller) as the leader of the standings. We don’t know what’s awaiting us there, so it’ll be a bit of an adventure. But we’ve packed a certain basic set-up in our bags that we’ll be fine-tuning in practice.”

Arno Zensen (Team Director Audi Sport Team Rosberg): “We don’t know the country, the city or the race track. So it’ll be a new experience and a challenge we’re very much looking forward to.”

Facts and quotes by the Audi drivers

Filipe Albuquerque (28/P), Audi Financial Services RS 5 DTM #6 (Audi Sport Team Rosberg)
• Is contesting a GRAND-AM round at Indianapolis before the weekend in Moscow
• Did the third-fastest pit stop of the race in Nuremberg
“After the race at the Norisring, I’m traveling to Moscow with optimism. In practice and qualifying, we found our speed again and on the new track in Russia want to continue exactly where we left off.”

Mattias Ekström (35/S), Red Bull Audi RS 5 DTM #11 (Audi Sport Team Abt Sportsline)
• Visited Moscow in February together with Edoardo Mortara
• Contests the Spa 24 Hours in an Audi R8 LMS ultra on the weekend before Moscow
“On my first visit to Moscow I could tell how enthusiastic the Russian fans are about motorsport and particularly the DTM. The 24-hour race is the perfect way for me to gear up for a weekend that has a lot of unknown factors. I normally cope well with that, so my aim for Moscow is clear: victory.”

Jamie Green (31/GB), Red Bull Audi RS 5 DTM #12 (Audi Sport Team Abt Sportsline)
• As a big bicycle racing fan, intensively watched the Tour de France
• After the DTM race in China and vacations in the USA and Turkey, is leaving Western Europe only for the fourth time
“I’ve never been to Russia before and am looking forward to this trip with the DTM family. We’ve had a lot of continuity on our calendar for years, so it’s great getting to know a new track again for a change. Nobody has driven there before, so everybody will be starting with the same chances. I’m going to take a close look at the track on location and then give everything to finish at the far front of the field.”

Miguel Molina (24/E), Audi RS 5 DTM #20 (Audi Sport Team Phoenix)
• Is receiving the original graphics with the RS 5 logo again on his RS 5 DTM
• Has his main residence where others spend their vacation: in Lloret de Mar
“I’m very much looking forward to the race in Moscow. It’s a bit like the visit to Shanghai three years ago when nobody knew what to expect either.”

Edoardo Mortara (26/F/I), Playboy Audi RS 5 DTM #5 (Audi Sport Team Rosberg)
• Together with Mattias Ekström visited Moscow in February
• Is contesting a GRAND-AM round at Indianapolis before the weekend in Moscow
“The race will be a great challenge for all of us. We’re arriving at Moscow with the same opportunities. I’m wishing for us to be just as competitive there as we last were at the Norisring.”

Mike Rockenfeller (29/D), Schaeffler Audi RS 5 DTM #19 (Audi Sport Team Phoenix)
• Before the race, promoted the DTM at Moscow City Racing
• Extended his lead of the standings at the Norisring to two points
“I’ve had the opportunity to get to know the country and the people a bit before the event. I’m looking forward to the race and excited to see if our RS 5 DTM will feel comfortable on the short track. It’s the first race in a long time at which everybody is starting from scratch – that makes it a thriller.”

Timo Scheider (34/D), AUTO TEST Audi RS 5 DTM #23 (Audi Sport Team Abt)
• Visited Moscow at the beginning of July for a press conference and autograph session
• Most recently, celebrated three birthdays – his mother’s, son’s and brother’s – within the space of one week
“Considering the amount of misfortune I’ve had in the first half of the season it can now just be followed by a huge string of fortune, preferably starting right in Moscow if it were up to me. A new track, a new challenge, the same opportunities for all of us – that sounds like an exciting weekend for fans and drivers.”

Adrien Tambay (22/F), Audi ultra RS 5 DTM #24 (Audi Sport Team Abt)
• Is planning a sightseeing tour of Moscow around the race weekend
• Is only contesting his second DTM season and is the youngest driver in the Audi team
“A new race track can be beneficial for a young driver because nobody’s got an advantage based on experience. I’d like to use this opportunity and force my luck a bit. It’s high time to start scoring some points.”

It is Easier to DESCRIBE Feminism Than to Define It

In order to make feminism answer for itself we must reduce it to a definite something -- a target of understanding -- that can be held answerable. And our quest for that definite target reveals a dynamic underlying process that pervades the world of events and conditions, a thing can better be described than defined. In short, we have learned to understand feminism as a social organism, and we have seen that this organism includes many things you wouldn't necessarily call feminism at all.

This can be very confusing, but the meta-logic of female supremacism binds it all together and makes it both intelligible and targetable. The apparent chaos of conflicting tendencies and rules will line up and make sense when you consider that feminism, in its entirety, is identical with female supremacism. Those two are the very same thing. So we may use "feminism" and "female supremacism" interchangeably, and we may gradually educate the public to do likewise

Spa 24 Hours: Best Audi customer on grid position 20 at Spa

Audi Press Release

  •          Only one of seven customer sports cars in the forward part of the field
  •          Stéphane Ortelli/René Rast/Laurens Vanthoor on grid position ten
  •          Current balance of performance dramatically slows the R8 LMS ultra

Ingolstadt/Spa, July 26, 2013 – The winner of the past two editions of the Spa 24 Hours is facing a difficult task in this year’s race. Only one of the seven Audi R8 LMS ultra cars made it into the super pole qualifying session of the 20 best squads.

A changed technical rating of the Audi R8 LMS ultra that, with a tally of 18 title wins has been extremely successful, has significant effects in this season. Audi’s customer sport race car has won the Blancpain Endurance Series twice in succession since 2011. Now, the balance of performance has clearly slowed the car. In the last race of the series at Le Castellet, only one of the nine Audi driver squads managed the leap into the top ten. At the season’s pinnacle event at Spa, Laurens Vanthoor in the WRT Audi designated as car number ‘1,’ achieved grid position 20 in the super-pole qualifying session. The Belgian took a high risk and touched a tire stack which damaged the rear wing of the Audi R8 LMS ultra.

Behind him, the picture was clear as well. Five Audi R8 LMS ultra cars qualified within 315 thousandths of a second and thus showed a very cohesive performance. However, in grid rows 14, 15, 16 and 18, they were lacking between 1.978 and 2.293 seconds to the top in qualifying on Thursday. Phoenix Racing with Markus Winkelhock (D) as the fastest driver of car number ‘16’ took 27th place, his team-mate Christopher Haase (D) thirtieth. They were directly trailed by the Belgian Audi Club Team WRT with Christopher Mies (D) and Mattias Ekström (S). Matt Halliday in the fourth WRT Audi achieved position 35. Team United Autosports competing in the Pro-Am category with Glynn Geddie (GB) took grid position 53 in the field of 65 entrants.

While the Audi R8 LMS ultra had no chance in the pace across one lap in qualifying, the teams, in the race, are placing their trust in the known reliability of the customer sports car from Heilbronn-Biberach and the support by Audi Sport customer racing. The 65th running of the classic endurance race in the Ardennes starts on Saturday at 16:30 and can be watched at www.audi-motorsport.com by live streaming. The TV channel Motors is airing almost twelve hours of direct coverage of the action, RTL Nitro will broadcast a summary on Sunday night at 19:15.

Selected quotes

Dr. Wolfgang Ullrich (Head of Audi Motorsport): “The results in qualifying speak a clear language. We’re supporting the program of the customer teams with our two-time Le Mans winners Marcel Fässler and André Lotterer as well as with the Spa winner and two-time DTM Champion Mattias Ekström. Our well-known GT specialists are on board as well, who have won the Blancpain Endurance titles plus the races at Spa, at the Nürburgring, at Bathurst and at Daytona. None of them managed to be in contention even close to the front of the field. Teams WRT and Phoenix won the race in the past two years. And the Audi R8 LMS ultra is a race car that has won races worldwide. This year, things are being made extremely difficult for us due to the rating. We’re expecting a very tough race. Despite these factors we’re hoping to be able to contribute our part to the suspense.”

Dirk Spohr (Head of Customer Management): “We’re supporting our customer teams at the most important GT3 race of the year again with hands-on help and advice this year, a parts service on location and our infrastructure for customer sport. However, it’s obvious that the best teams, a first-class GT3 race car and drivers who are known to be good have not been in contention in the battle for the top this weekend so far. Now we’re concentrating on moving as far toward the front as possible in the race with the reliability that Audi is known for, an optimum strategy and efficient pit stops.”

Laurens Vanthoor (Audi R8 LMS ultra #1/Belgian Audi Club Team WRT): “Unfortunately, the engine was misfiring on the first lap, apparently caused by the fuel supply. On the second lap, I tried to attack but we haven’t been satisfied with the car’s balance throughout the weekend yet. My car had a bit too much oversteer and I slid into the tire stacks.”

BPCC: Audi S4 quattros on pace for Phakisa challenge‏

Audi South Africa Press Release

THE Audi S4 quattros contesting the Bridgestone Production Car Championship head to Phakisa in the Free State for the sixth round of the national championship on Saturday, 3 August. With five rounds already completed, with the top four places in the championship seeing three of those places held by Audi S4 quattros.

The championship leader, Michael Stephen (A1 – Engen Xtreme), is in a strong position with a 46 point lead, scoring points in all but two races so far this season. Stephen is well on track for a successful title defence this season and another strong performance at Phakisa will help his cause.

In third place in the series is Melvill Priest (A7 – Mueller Sports Medicine) who is just one point behind the BMW of Etienne van der Linde. With Priest in full attack mode at Phakisa behind the wheel of his Audi S4 quattro, there is the potential for the top spots in the series to see a re-shuffle come the end of the event.

Tschops Sipuka (A2 – Engen Xtreme) is the fourth place man in the championship. Sipuka has a gap to close of just eight points for third and nine if he aims for second place. In the highly competitive racing world, that gap will take some work to close but Sipuka has proved he has the pace to make it happen.

Sixth place in the championship is not ideal for Audi S4 quattro racer Gennaro Bonafede (A32 – Ferodo Racing). He will want a top five slot at least as he aims for the best possible position in the overall standings by the end of the season. Three points is what he needs to close that gap to fifth place – and a good outing at Phakisa could see exactly the outcome he's looking for.
