Los Angeles during his arraignment. Brown and his attorney Mark Geragos did not enter a plea to the two felony assault charges he was hit with early Thursday morning and requested a continuance to April 6th, which the judge granted.
While in open court, the judge told Brown (who has some new found age lines on his forehead) that he was not to, “annoy, harass, molest, threaten or use force or violence against anyone.”
The judge also asked Mark Geragos if there was a “no-contact order” between Brown and Robyn Rihanna Fenty in place, to which Geragos replied, “Miss Fenty does not request such an order.”
Rihanna was not present in court, but was represented by her attorney, Donald Etra.
