A Quick Thought for the Moment
Did you answer "yes"? Well let me ask you a couple of things.
First, are you female? If so, then please explain why any male person should give a tinker's damn about your so-called "women's rights". Given that you snort at the very concept of male rights -- which would include MY rights, by the way! -- on what warrant do you leverage any moral obligation, on my part, to not snort equally at the concept of female rights -- which would include YOUR rights, by the way! ?
Seriously now, if you won't give a crap about my male rights, then why in the good god gracious must I give a crap about your female rights? Give me one good reason.
Moving along now -- if you are not female, then clearly you must be male. Correct? Yet, you snort at the concept of male rights, don't you? According to you, it is contemptible to promote that very idea . . . isn't it? So if you think it is contemptible to promote the very idea that men have rights, then the actual rights themselves mean squat to you, don't they? In principle, you'd be fine with taking my male rights away, wouldn't you? And if somebody tried to take away my male rights, you wouldn't lift a finger to stop them. . would you?
No, I didn't think you would.
So I reckon that gets me off the hook for ever lifting a finger on your behalf. . . . doesn't it?
Really, why should I pretend that you have any rights whatsoever? Why should I even give a spit about YOUR so-called "rights"? In theory, why shouldn't I infringe upon your so-called "rights" every chance I get, since you don't seem to think that you have any in the first place?

Monday’s Meal| Carrot Fries| Healthy Fries
This weeks Monday meal is dinner related. Now we all have to eat our veg, if you are aiming for correct portion control, half of your plate should be filled with vegetables. So surely there are fun ways to get your fill of veg instead of them being steamed or boiled... Fear not I have an option.... Carrot fries!
Now like many if you I often replace potatoes for sweet potatoes or even parsnip so that they are not so carb heavy. However last week I found a recipe for carrot fries and thoughts would give it a go. They were surprisingly very tasty, very fries like and incredibly easy to make.
You will; 500g carrots, 1 tbsp cornflour, 1 tbsp oil, black pepper. (Serves 2)
Simply slice your carrots into skinny fries shape and mix them in a bowl with the cornflour and black pepper so that they are all evenly covered. Then spread the carrots onto a baking tray and bake in a hot oven for 40-45 minutes, turning and shaking them around halfway through. There you go… super healthy and tasty fries that you can serve with a variety of dishes.
Nutritional info: 164cal, 2g protein, 25g carbs, 6g fat, 8g fibre
